Our old PVC windows were of poor quality: they did not close well; there was a lot of condensation on them; they did not reduce street noise well enough. We decided to change them with similar PVC windows of better quality. We chose Wembley Windows because of competitive prices, A-rated windows, FENSA registration and 10 year warranty. Within a few days of placing an order a surveyor came to measure our windows. Manufacturing took about 2-3 weeks. When the windows were ready an installation manager called us to book the installation date. On the date the installers were on time. We noted that they did not know some minor details of our order. They told us that WW subcontracted installation. The installation was clean and did not make much damage. The installers unscrewed the old windows, took them apart and out. They did not knock out anything, however it was because the old windows were already PVC of similar construction - it might not be the case otherwise. They used protective sheets for the floor. They worked quickly and professionally. The windows fit well, the only very minor defect was that on one window the handle touched the frame. The installers fixed it immediately. On the next day another person came to check quality of installation. The new windows are warmer and close well. There is virtually no condensation on them.
