Here at Total Support Training we are proud of our team of assessor's who between them have over 100 years experience within the glass and glazing industry. Each of our courses are tailored to meet the needs of the learner by listening to clients and adapting to suit their needs.

We are a forward thinking organisation and put the needs of others before our own, this had enabled all our learners to achieve a qualification in their chosen field and most have gone on to acquire a higher award, this is something that not many companies can match.

Products & services

At Total Support Training they have many levels of training available to develop employee skills across London and the South East.

They are an approved centre based in London for delivering NVQ's in the following areas within the window industry sector:

Curtain Wall Installation, Fabrication of Glass Supporting Structures, Fenestration Installation, Glass Processing, Glazing, Glass Related Operations & Fenestration Surveying.

A programme will be tailored to your organisational needs and leading to nationally recognised qualifications. All of the above programmes can be run at your premises with experienced Assessors delivering the training and assessment.

They also run short courses to meet your health and safety requirements, such as Workplace Health and Safety, COSHH, Manual Handling and Risk Assessment.


Along side this Total Support Training are currently running two projects.

>> Preparing for Employment

The aim of this is project to develop the learners skills and confidence to assist them to prepare for various work placements, leading to employment outcomes. Learners will benefit from training on CV preparation, interview techniques, preparing for an interview in preparation for work whilst at the same time achieving a nationally recognised qualification.

>> STEP Construction Programme

This programme is for 18-24 year olds who are unemployed. It will give them a 6 week work placement, with a guaranteed interview at the end.

Interviews are held and only sucessful candidates will secure admission to a 6 week work placement. Once they have completed the 6 week placement they will be guaranteed interview for employment. This is a possible stepping stone onto an apprenticeship programme, which would work towards a recognised qualification.
