This training school is part of a wellbeing project namely Complement Wellbeing CIC, whose purpose is to promote and support the wellbeing of the communities of Sussex and surrounding areas. Our primary focus is on promoting wellbeing in both healthcare staff and therapy professionals and in those who we care for. We recognise that providing skills that are transferrable from the workplace to personal experiences promotes self-care and the greater ability to care for others.

All of our tutors are experienced professionals in the fields of medical and/or complementary healthcare who take the holistic view of those being cared for whether in a care establishment or living at home.

All profit made is reinvested into the project in a variety of ways including the provision of additional courses or even sponsored places on our project community courses for people with low or no income
