To fulfil these repairs and contracts, BIAS Technology holds large stock of spares, therefore enabling us to turn repairs around on a same day, 3 day or 5 day Service level agreement.



We can also repair units on an Ad Hoc basis and diagnose the repair down to component level. All units are thoroughly cleaned and tested for all faults before dispatch.



All repairs are tracked thorough our on-line Gateway traceability system keeping customers updated at all times.



We also provide battery replacement, recycling and disposal programs on most data terminals.



BIAS Technology is also able to provide new terminals, new systems solutions, wireless surveys, install and commission wireless data networks.
